Who are we?

The Latinos Association of PEI (LAPEI) is a non-profit organization run and led by volunteers of all different background and countries. Formed in April of 2023, it was created for the following purposes and objectives:

Celebrate

To celebrate, promote, and unite the diverse rich
cultures and heritages of Latinos and Hispanics living in PEI

Events

To hold events and festivities year-round to showcase the talents, arts and foods of the different Latino cultures

Assistance

To assist new and existing Latinos in Prince Edward Island with local simulation while preserving their unique cultures

Connections

To unite and connect the many Latinos living in the province with not just each other, but all Islanders
